How we handle your information.
Short version: analytics only if you say yes, form details used to send what you asked for, nothing sold.
Analytics, only if you accept
When you first visit, a banner asks whether we may use analytics cookies. Nothing loads until you choose.
If you choose Accept, HubSpot records the pages you visit on this site, so we can see which pages are useful and recognise you if you later request an audit. On a few older pages, Snitcher also matches your IP address to the organization it belongs to, such as the company network you are browsing from. Snitcher is not used to identify you personally.
If you choose Decline, neither tool loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your answer at any time.
What you send us
We only collect personal details you choose to enter.
- Free AI-search auditYour first and last name, work email, firm name and firm website. We use them to prepare and send your report, and we may follow up about it.
- Sample auditYour first name and email. The sample opens right away.
- Booking a callThe scheduling provider (Zoom) collects the details you enter in order to arrange the meeting.
Form details are stored in our HubSpot account. If you have accepted analytics, HubSpot also links them to the pages you visited. The address of the page you sent the form from is recorded with campaign tags (such as utm_source) and nothing else from the address.
How the audit works
The audit uses public information only: we ask AI assistants questions a prospect might ask and read your public website. We do not need, and never ask for, logins or access to your accounts or client data.
What stays in your browser
The site keeps a few small notes in your own browser: your analytics choice, whether you already requested an audit or the sample (so we stop offering them), and, for the length of your visit, the email and website shown on the thank-you page. They are not sent to us.

- Amazon Web ServicesHosts the site. Like any web server, it keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivrDeliver the site's fonts and animation code, so your browser contacts them when a page loads.
- HubSpotStores form submissions and, with your consent, page-visit analytics.
- SnitcherOrganization-level analytics on a few older pages, with your consent.
- ZoomScheduling, when you book a call.
No sale of your information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the services above, which handle it on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing jonathan@wealthio.com.
Client data handled during an engagement is governed by the agreement signed with your firm, not by this page.
